Happy Thanksgiving! My family and I will be leaving for Columbus, Kansas in about 6 hours (maybe). I think I forgot to mention that I did not take the job offer at Circuit City, so now I can go with my family. I guess the trip just seemed a little too important to me right now. At some point I am going to have to start letting stuff like this go. Things aren't the same anymore. Life is going to be a lot different now that I am out of school and living in the real world. But for now, Thanksgiving remains relatively the same for me. I did find out that several of my cousins will not be attending the Thanksgiving dinner in Columbus this year, and some of my other cousins are going to have to leave earlier than normal.
I guess that's just part of things changing. I am still excited about Thanksgiving. I just returned from Manhattan Tuesday. I was planning on going up there Friday or Saturday for the football game with either my mom or dad. Things fell through, and we couldn't get tickets. But at the last minute, my dad and I decided to drive up there on Sunday.
While I was in Manhattan, I went to eat at El Cazador's twice (Travis would have loved that). I went once with my dad, my sister, and Jermaine, and I went once with Kevin, Karl, Dustin, and Jermaine. I'm not really sure how that happened. I guess everyone was just in the mood for Mexican food this week. Jermaine told me this week that my blog sucks (although she didn't use the word "sucks"). She just thinks that I just post random, stupid stuff, and I don't really talk about anything. She's probably right. Yesterday was urlLink Darian's 24th birthday. Man, that sounds so old.
