eBay Fun I just remembered why I don't like to run a lot of auctions on eBay: more chances for problems to occur. Right now, I have a guy from the Phillipines asking where his card is...again. I think he's going to want a refund, but I clearly state in my auctions that I can not guarantee international delivery unless they choose to use Registered Airmail and he did not choose to do so. I shipped the card very well-protected and I used the address he supplied. I don't think I should have to be out the card, the packaging materials, the eBay fees, the postage for the first package, the postage for the refund, and be out the refund itself.
It just doesn't seem right. Is it me? To make matters worse, his emails keep bouncing back to me undelivered because his account has "exceeded quota". Wonderful. I also have another guy who has apparently committed bank fraud and now his Paypal payment to me has been reversed.
I lose everything on this one unless he decides to make good. I sent him an email asking him to do just that, but if he's committing bank fraud, it's unlikely he's going to pay me on principle alone. I also had a guy from South Korea put "@" in his address, I guess he figured I should know that "@" stands for "apartment". I did not know that. Yay! eBay fun! Yay!
