I spent my night reading, reading some more, and watching the New Tom Green Show. And let me tell ya, that Tom Green cracks me up. It seemed like he was extra funny today because it was monster spectacular Friday (or whatever you call it), but then when I think about it, he was just as laugh-enducing last night. You slay me Tom, you slay me. It might not sound like my night was very eventful, and it wasn't, but a few interesting things did happen. For instance, at 11 P.M. Eastern I tuned into 105.9 O Rock FM and tried to listen to Loveline; but guess what, it didn't come on!
This could mean one of three things: It has been canceled, taken off O Rock, or it simply didn't come on tonight. Hopefully it was the latter, because I love that show. To find out for sure i'll keep trying to listen all next week... Going off on a whole nother tangent, i'm looking forward to Dashboard Confessional's new album in the worst way. I have heard two new songs off of it (well one is actually a remix of sorts), and they are both stuck in my head and won't get out. A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar is the title, it comes out on August 12th, and you can expect it to be the shiznit.
Ya dig? Oh fa sho. Haha, now that I'm already wiggin, I suppose I'll touch on another subject entirely -- Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over. For starters, the title of the movie is funny as hell. Game Over? What were they thinking?
At least it's funny, though. My sister saw this movie tonight and she informed me that not only is it awesome, but the whole thing is in 3-D as well. Like they give you the glasses when you buy your ticket. For some reason that is stunning to me. I mean, I didn't know that... Wouldn't it cost like a cajillion dollars to distribute all those frickin glasses? I'm thinkin it would, but what do I know?
Now that I think about it, those things are just paper, and they probably wouldn't cost much to produce... Hmmm, in any case, i'm putting way too much brainpower into a movie with the subtitle "Game Over. " Back to the real world now [not the TV show, my life], I didn't get my license today. Funny? Yes. But it will give me time to shop for a car. Ahh, who am I kiddin, I still won't have a car on Tuesday (that's the next day the DMV will be open, and coincidentally the same day that I will be obtaining my driver's license).
In other news, I recieved an unexpected phone call from Jesseca earlier this evening, and it blew my [frigging] mind. I totally was not expecting her to call. We didn't talk for very long, but it was still cool nonetheless. It's always cool when she does stuff like that, because I love the surprises... All in all, it was not the best Friday night in history, but not the worst one either.
