I think some crazy stuff happened at school today and I know several crazy things happened this weekend, but that doesn't mean I'm going to talk about them. Why not? Because I don't feel like it right now, I am really tired and groggy, and I guess you could say I'm grumpy. I was supposed to do be doing a bunch of stuff today when I got home, I had it all written down and planned out, but I didn't really accomplish anything...
I did download a bunch of music videos though! I got some Taking Back Sunday, Ataris, and The Starting Line videos(and concert footage). It was pretty cool for me because I had never seen any of them perform before, and never saw them at all save for crappy pictures at their websites. My first impressions of The Ataris were what the fuck this guy is fat and dorky and fucking gay. It totally ruined my image of them, they were my favorite band too. It was ok though, the more I watched of them, the more I accepted it and now I like them the same as I used to it just came as a shock at first. Although I will admit that they make the worst music videos I have ever seen in my life, it is so amateur, and the lip syncing is so bad, that it's not even funny.
No really, its that bad... My impressions of Taking Back Sunday was "wow they're awesome, they rock" from the beginning. No dissapointment here, it's funny how that works though because they were previously my least favorite of the three. Now they seem so much better to me due to their professional looking video and overall coolness while performing. Last but not least we have The Starting Line. They were like the median between the other two, their video was not as good as Taking Back Sunday, but not as bad as The Ataris.
The video would have been way better had it not been for this crazy old guy getting all these chicks, dunking the lead singers face in a toilet, being nude, and acting like a jock. One other thing that bothered me was the lead singer looks like a fucking homo, to the extreme. He doesn't look that bad when he's just talking before the song at this concert video I have, only about an 8 out of 10 on the fag scale.
It's when he's singing that he turns into a complete and total faget, that's when his gayness reaches a level that is off the fuckin charts. Hehe, but oh well, The Starting Line still owns you and your momma. My conversation with Jesseca today consisted solely of one huge argument about some stupid shit that Katelin wrote about love. I disagreed with it, and she thought it was correct. We probably should've agreed to disagree, but instead we sat there and quarreled about that bullshit for like an hour. Near the end I told her to drop it and she said I was just saying that because I was wrong (which I wasn't), I told her I wasn't wrong and that started some more arguing. She said it was 100% correct, and I proved to her without a shadow of a doubt that it was definitely not 100% correct.
Then I put one of those smiley faces with their tongue sticking out. Right after that she signed off without saying anything. Whether or not it was in protest, or if she's mad at me, or anything like that, I'm not sure. It sure seemed like it. In any case, that whole argument was a perfect example why I don't like to start arguing with her about anything.
If i'm right and I know it I am going to wig out on you hardcore, I don't care who it is, so I usually try to avoid that kind of situation with Jess. Oh well though, in the immortal words of Justin, that's what happens. I don't feel like doing anything else today, so I'm gonna grab some pizza and coke, sit back, relax, and watch a double header of the enormous blockbuster hits: The Sum of All Fears and Panic Room.
