What's with me and writing journals on Tuesdays and Sundays? If you would notice every recent journal I've written is dated one of these days.
There must be some mysterious mental pattern in my mind that makes me do this, or not. I'll just chalk it up to coincidence... Earlier tonight, at like 12, I ran all the way home from Chris's house and "OHHHHHHH WHAAAAAT AAA RUUUUUSSSHHHH" (somebody's got to remember that from the old days of wrasslin). If you don't know how far that is, it's pretty far, about 2-3 miles. Now I said ran, not walked or jogged.
That's a good run. Especially when I was going down Old King's Road, it seemed like it went on forever. That road is all dark and "scary" too, but I wasn't scared because I had a golf ball that I was ready to throw through somebody's head if they surprised me. At the end of the street there was a big blocked off construction site. There were barriers and signs saying not to go in, but those only apply to cars, I think. If not then oh well because I went through there anyway. It was a good thing I didn't fall into a gigantic hole or something. When I passed by Justin's house I decided to go up to his window and see what he was doing. I didn't knock or anything but I saw him and he was wiggin out, haha, crazy Justin.
You're probably wondering why the hell I ran home from Chris's, well here's your reason. We just got back from ridin around in Louie's car all night. We went to Chris's and I didn't want to stay the night there, for various reasons. Mostly because Louie was pissing me off and being annoying. So I went in, got a drink of Powerade, told em "that'll cost ya extry" and walked out the door. As for the question of why I ran home instead of walking, I did it for the challenge and the exercise.
I can't remember anything else worth mentioning that happened today, it was just the usual sh*ts n giggles, nothing out of the ordinary. So I'll talk about the events of Friday night. Homecoming was on Friday and yes I went to it, it was alright. Get this, the name of the dance was "Night of Fire: Dance to That Salsa Beat", if that's not the craziest homecoming name you've ever heard I don't know what is.
How should I explain the night... umm, I'll start from the beginning. At 7 Chris and I were all dressed up and ready to go. My tie wasn't on though because apparently nobody around here knows how to put on a tie, except for my dad, and he wasn't home. Being dressed up was cool as hell for me because I never get dressed up, Chris thought it was cool as well.
I wore black dress pants/shoes, a white shirt, and a tie. Chris, however, went all out. He was wearing a big shiny purple suit with a golden pimp cain and a orange top hat, not to mention his slick willy size 23 turd green shoes. That Chris is quite the character. Alright Alright, I'm just kidding... After my dad got home and tied my tie we went to Lauren's. Her mom said we "cleaned up really nice" and her dad got some footage of me, Chris, and the girls (Lauren, Whitney and Jaclyn) with their video camera. The girls all looked very pretty in their dresses, your welcome Lauren, Whitney and Jaclyn. After a little bit we ate dinner, which was good.
Consisting of steak, a potatoe, apple pie, and salad. Then we left for the dance. I didn't buy a ticket at school so I was a little worried that they wouldn't be selling them at the door and not let me in. My worries didn't last long, it was easy as can be to get my ticket. Soon I found out you couldn't come back in if you left, I was like "that sucks" and dismissed it, I wasn't planning on leaving anytime soon. When we first went into the room where the dance was I was thinkin "What the hell this is really gay. This is what homecoming's like, what the heck". Chris said he was thinking the same thing. We probably just thought that because we got there early and there wasn't very many people there yet.
Later on we had fun though. Let me clear this up real quick: even though technically me and Whitney were there together, we didn't hang out much at all. Maybe because she was hanging with Jaclyn... I dunno but I would have danced with her if I saw her dancing, but I don't think she did much of that.
There was a few things that were cool about this homecoming. One, my dawg John told me I had the best looking tie in the whole place, and that nobody knew how to pick out ties like me. I was like "thanks man, your tie is nice too" but he wasn't wearing a tie. Second, I saw all kinds of kooks I know and talked to em, ya know how that goes. This crazy girl I know took a picture of me when I wasn't expecting it and the flash blinded me for several minutes, it was funny.
Third, I danced with some random girl for a little while, so that was pretty fun. I was standing there semi-dancing with Chris and Lauren and a girl was like "hey my friend thinks you're hot, she wants to dance with you", so I was like "alright". There was like four girls wiggin out around me, I suppose they were her friends, but ya never know. Near the end of the dance people were tearing balloons off of the tables and inhaling the helium. In case you are the ultimate dumbass, breathing in helium makes your voice extremely high and crazy, and funny as freak.
Brittany was crackin me up doing that and she tried to show me how to do it and I couldn't. I was just being a goon, because I've done it before. Oh man, then Scott Spinelli came up with his voice crazy style and said "dude, you just majorly f**ked up!". Me, Chris, Lauren, and Brittany burst into laughter. The crazy sound of his voice coupled with the "what the f**k" factor of what he said made it freaking extremely funny. It was even funnier because at school we always laugh hysterically at him every time he walks by just because he looks crazy. Oh man, I don't know about anybody else, but I had a good time. On the way out they wouldn't let us leave without taking a sombrero with us, so we were like "sweet, free somberos baby".
We didn't have a ride home, so we started walking down A1A (we didn't leave with Lauren, Whitney, and Jaclyn by the way). We didn't fit in with the crowd at all. There were scruffy looking bikers and bikes galore, because of biketoberfest. Then there was us, walking down A1A all dressed up in suits and ties, with sombreros in our hands. It was cool though because we got everybody's attention, they couldn't help looking at us. Some drunk guy walked by us and asked us if we were selling bibles so we wigged out on him.
I don't remember what we said to him exactly but it was something like "I'll cut off your balls and sell em on the black market fag". What came next was the complete opposite of what happened before. Some chick in a car yelled at us (ya know like "whooo yeaaa!"). Then she was like "let me have your sombero! " so I was like "alright". They stopped, I caught up to their car, and she got out. I gave my sombrero to her and Chris gave his to some other chick in the car. They were both pretty hot.
When I gave her it she was like "you're cute, you can have a hug" and we hugged, but it was one of those sideways hugs and I was expecting a regular one. So my arm was too high up and I just totally grabbed her boob. She either didn't notice or didn't care, because she didn't say anything. After I did it I saw that there were guys in the car, and I was surprised they didn't say anything to me.
They were probably scurred, because they drove off without even looking at me funny. 5 seconds later we're walking down the street again and I'm like "dude, I accidentally grabbed that girls boob" and I explained. Chris was like "oh yeaah". Then it hit me. I touched that girls boob. I was like "I just touched that girls boob! That was awesome". We talked about that for awhile before giving up on the whole walking home thing and calling Chris's mom to tell her to come pick us up. And thus, this brought our night to an end, my friend. I remembered something else that we did earlier tonight.
We went to Louie's cousin's house in New Symrna. There were a bunch of peeps there, but it wasn't a party, according to them that was just their group. In any case, we got to meet his aunt and cousin, so it was cool. There was a lone black guy hanging out with them, so we figured out it is awesome to have a black kid as your friend and we determined that we need to get one for our gang. That's all that happened so far this weekend folks. But there's always today, Sunday, to make something else happen. On Sundays I usually lay around and do nothing all day, but thats what I did on Saturday, so I'll probably do something today.
I do know I'm gonna talk to Jesseca, and that is always fun :) Ya know, at first I didn't think this flame design looked so hot (cheesy pun fully intended), but I'm liking it more and more everyday. I think it's great, I bet everyone else thinks it looks gay. Who the hell cares though, it's 5 o' clock in the morning and I'm sittin here talking about some flames. I'm tired as a mofo, and now it's so early that I'm getting hungry so I'm gonna have to eat something now. I better get to sleep so I can wake up for that nooner.
