Nevermind the date above, today is Wednesday. Some may even call it Hump Day. I know what you may be thinking, why the hell would anyone call it hump day? Well that can mean one of two things. One, if you're a pervert, it's the day that you normally hump some random stranger on the streets. The second and more suitable meaning is this: it's the day in the middle of the week where it's no longer the beginning, and you get over that hump and start counting down the days until the weekend.
Pretty spiffy huh, I heard that from the all knowing Mr. Monaghan (my wonderful physics/ chemistry teacher). School was fun today. I learned about the periodic table of elements. Even though I've learned about it before, I didn't completely understand until now. It is actually put together rather brilliantly if you ask me... The Marines were in my second block class, so that was interesting. The Marines seem badass to me. A few things I picked up on while they were talking and during the video they showed us. They are the only branch of the military to guard the president, there aren't that many of them, they carry a friggin sword (how cool is that), they wig out at boot camp(I heard them yelling "kill!
" at every command), you must have a tan belt in judo to start out as a Marine, they even did some marching drills in class and it was all synchronized even though the two particular Marines had never trained or practiced together, and most of all, their songs are the most catchy marching/ military songs i've ever heard, they rock, and so do the Marines as a whole. The recruiter was cocky as hell too, which I liked. He was like "I am confident about talking in front of the class for two reasons.
One, I'm a Marine. Two, I'm a sniper" then he laughed. He also had a fat ass gold watch on, and he told us about his 3 cars and 2 motorcycles to make sure we knew he was livin large...Speaking of cars, Zac got a new car and he's talking about it nonstop. I can understand that he's excited about it, but come on. Hehe, I say this now, but whenever I get my car i'll probably be talking about it as much as him, probably more.
But until then you can't call me a hypocrite. And everyone who talks about their system that they're gonna have(ya know, the one with the big 12's, 15's, 1000 watt amps galore, mids and highs, the works), save it until you have actually purchased everything and it's all installed in your car, ready to play. Then you can brag about it all you want, I won't mind(Hell, I'll even brag with you). Otherwise you just end up lying about a bunch of stuff, changing your mind every couple days, and sounding like an idiot.
I think that's enough ranting for now, let me instead enlighten you with my wisdom. In case you didn't already know, sleeping is the cure for all. If I am ever in a bad mood, grumpy, confused, unhappy, indecisive, or any other negative adjective you can think of I can go to sleep and wake up fully refreshed, and happier than Micheal Jackson at a day-care center.
This would likely work for other people too, it's just that I know it works for me. I figured it out today, when I took a nap for about 4 hours and awoke in a dancing frenzy. I also discovered that dancing in a hooded sweater or "hoodie" makes me look really thuggish/ cool. You should try it sometime, you won't be dissapointed. Anyways, I danced forever when I woke up, and it was fun. As you may know, I watched Panic Room last night(I didn't watch the Sum of All Fears because I didn't wanna stay up too late).
It was good almost the whole time, providing many cheap thrills and tense moments. There is some gore, but not as much as I imagined after my sister told me a guy gets hit in the head with a sledgehammer. It's not that bad really. The only problem with the movie is the ending, which I don't like at all. What kind of movie builds up a very good anti-hero the whole time, having him save the day at the end, but then doesn't let him get away with the crime? Take Fast and the Furious for example. Vin Diesel is the anti-hero and everyone starts to like him even though he's the bad guy, at the end he drives away(albeit without sucessfully completing the highjacking), but he gets away, and thats the way it should be.
Panic Room doesn't do that, and it's supposed to be a happy ending. Well i've got news for ya assholes, everyone wanted the black guy to get away with it, therefore it isn't a happy ending! But my complaints are in vain, so I will stop the wiggage... Oh yea, if anyone cares. Jesseca got kicked off last night and couldn't get back on, it wasn't a protesting measure of any kind...That is all. Now I ride out. Peacer, ya greasers.
