Bleh, I was trying to write one of my traditional, long, in-depth journals, but after repeated failed attempts, I gave up. It looks like this time, that just won't cut the mustard. So as an alternative i've decided to just straight up tell you what happened today, as if I was talking to you. The day started off with Chris and I at my house. It was pretty boring actually, we were just sitting around doing nothing. Then Jesseca called and just plain infuriated me. She shouldn't have even called if she was just going to tell me that she isn't doing anything with me this weekend, and instead she's just going to hang out with Amber and Beau(I think that's how you spell it, although I could give two shits how it's spelled since it is the gayest name ever, and yes it is a boy). What good could possibly come from telling me this? None. Then she tells me that i'm probably not gonna be able to come with Amber and them to the movies(even though I sort of just assumed I could go with them, it's not that outrageous of a thing to think. but alas, assuming makes an ass out of you and me), because it's Amber's birthday. I don't see what difference that makes, this is not kindergarten anymore, you don't have to baby the fucking birthday girl.
Thanks for ruining my plans. And what the hell is going on with this Beau kid? Doesn't he have better things to do than hang out with my girlfriend? Supposedly he has a girlfriend, but where the hell is she at... I am convinced that he is a rapist fag, but hey, it could just be me. I don't care what anybody says, there are no guys in the world that hang out with friends that are girls on the weekends with purely platonic intentions, there are zero , nada , none . You may say "but this" and "but that. " But nothing, it just doesn't happen. I think I would know how a guy's mind works... If it did somehow happen then there are two possibilities: either the guy is gay, or really fuckin weird.
If he's gay, then that is, well, gay. If he's really fuckin weird then what the hell are you doing hanging out with him in the first place. I forget what I'm trying to say here, but the moral of the story is this Beau character is a girlfriend steal attemptin male-whore loser who needs to get some friends that aren't females, and especially that aren't my girlfriend, anyone but her and i'm fine with the fag. After I listened to some Taking Back Sunday and supressed my anger (not got rid of it), Louie came over.
We didn't have anything to do so we were kind of confused at first, then we went to Frank's. There was some sort of drug deal going on, but since i'm not a narc I won't disclose the parties involved or any sort of details like that. I will disclose this though: Frank is the craziest kid ever. He's all calm one minute and concentrating on rolling a blunt, or whatever it is he does, and then in a split second he'll yell some craziness and then laugh the most insane laugh I have ever heard. He seriously sounds like a psycho, I swear. I kinda dug his room though, it is kind of like Alan's old room, with Magic cards laying all over the place and toys and gadgets from the past scattered throughout. For example, there was a stop sign, a construction cone, and one of those circular things from the road work areas that have that flashing yellow light on the top.
Pretty cool stuff. The plan was for Louie and I to go to find out what time Darkness Falls starts, then come back. Instead we just went driving around and left Chris at Frank's to fend for himself. At first we were just randomly cruisin around town, with no real goal in mind. We even went to some broken ass drive through restaurant called Gary's something or other and it was so old and crazy it was funny, I was like "what the fuck is this man?". After some time Louie distracted me by telling me some joke and I was so busy laughing at it I didn't even realize it when we had arrived at Emily Vulpi's house. What a surprise. We usually end up there whenever we drive around, but she has never been home when I was there, but today she was. We went in there and chilled with her for a little bit. It was cool to see her again, I haven't done that in a long time, but we've known eachother for many years. The time we spent with her was entertaining because she had a lot of stuff to say and stories to tell and stuff, she's just really outgoing. I think she's one of those people that would get annoying after a while, but she's ultra cool in limited doses. She wanted to go to her friend's house in Port Orange, and because time was not a factor and we had nothing better to do, we gave her a ride there.
The ride there was pretty fun. Louie's mom's car was our vehicle for the day, and the speaker is blown in that mutha, so that kinda sucks but eh, it still works. When we got to Port Orange we met this kid named John that was with her friend, and we went in his house while the girls went to put their stuff at the girl's house. This kid John seemed pretty cool. He was the total thug type, which is fine by me. The funniest thing about this situation though, I will explain now...sometime in the past week John Nealon and his gang of Ormond Beach thugs(Adam Wagner and the like) all went to some Port Orange party(a 50+ person double kegger) with baseball bats and tried to beat everyone down. What happened though, was the opposite. The mob of over 50 kids immediately saw them, ran out of the house, chased them down, and beat the living shit out of them. This wasn't no pussy beatdown either, these kids got annhilated. Some of them ended up with broken noses, bruised ribs, and more injuries i'm sure that put them in the hospital. They got humiliated too, the Port Orangies trashed their van to the extreme, stripped them of their clothes, and threw them in some gutters.
The funny thing is, this kid John that we just met was involved in the beating, and was one of the Port Orangies, and the event occured right down the street from his house, that we were at. I don't know about you, and I doubt anybody knows what i'm talking about, but I thought that was really crazy. After the girls came back we just sat around John's room for a while before getting sick of it and leaving.
Once again we were driving around with no purpose or destination. Until we decided to go to Morgan's, we figured why not, it was sort of in the neighborhood. Before we got there I started having second thoughts about it, I was thinking about how weird it would be to see her after not seeing her for like a year or so. It wasn't seeing her that bothered me the most, I especially didn't want her mom and dad, they might wig out on me or something. I didn't want to go in, but Louie pretty much forced me to. The encounter lived up to all expectations as far as awkwardness goes, everyone in the house was giving us blank stares the whole time we were there. All the while I was smiling and laughing at the craziness that was currently taking place. Actually I think I did get a smile or two out of them, well Morgan and her mom at least, mostly because I didn't stop smiling. She showed us around her house, which was cool because I hadn't seen it since it was just concrete and wood, when it was first being built. I have to admit that I was impressed, it turned out pretty damn nice, it didn't look like much when it was under construction, but now it was lookin grand. I probably shouldn't be surprised though, her mom is an architect. There was a bunch of stuff around the house that would lead you to believe that she's rich(new Sony TVs for example), but I know otherwise.
When we were done with the little tour we just hung around the kitchen talking about a bunch of boring stuff. The situation seemed kind of tense, but I wasn't feeling that way at all, I wish everybody would have loosened up a little. Didn't happen though, and I was kind of dissapointed that we didn't get to talk about anything interesting. I guess that's what ya get when people aren't used to foreign intruders from the past invading their house. Looks wise, Morgan looked different than I remembered her in the face, but only at first. Then I realized she hadn't changed much at all, not only in the face but everywhere else. I would still say she's hot, and I still have a small amount of attraction towards her, but it is nothing I would act on.
Not only because I love Jesseca, but also because she's simply a lost cause that I gave up on a long time ago. When we left Morgan's it was sudden and abrupt, not to mention impolite, and neither of us got hugs or anything, which is usually a given with the female friendlies. Oh well, I think that just made it even more odd, and therefore funnier. By that time it was like 8:30-9:00 and we weren't ready to quit yet, but we had no other options.
We tried to call Chris and some other people, but nobody answered, so we eventually packed it up and called it a night. I went to my house, and Louie went to his. Leaving the mystery of where Chris was unsolved. At the present time I have learned the whereabouts of Chris, and what he did all day while we were gone, but that's not a worthy enough story to be told. The main source of comedy for today, in the form of prank calls to just about everyone, was the joke that Louie told me. It is one funny ass joke, but I won't reveal it just yet. Probably tommorow it will have a post all for itself. That approach will build more anticipation[in theory, but I don't think anyone could care less]. In conclusion, today was a day of unexpected events galore, and more fun than I imagined. It also took my mind off of Jesseca at a time when I am feeling sort of pissy towards her, which was why I liked it.
My mood now stands in such stark comparison to the one I was in at the beginning of the day. When I got off the phone with Jesseca I felt like crackin some skulls, now I feel like catchin some zzzzz's. This day can be summed up by something the famous writer Charles Dickens once said, "It was the best of times, It was the worst of times.
