Its Friday...! School didn't matter much today, took notes in Science, sneaked on the internet all day in Computers, did a bunch of work in History, and did a test in Math. But I did laugh a lot today. In History Chase was crackin me up with a story about him getting his nuts caught on the rope swing at the pits. In math we played a game that was reminiscent of musical chairs, I'll spare you the details but I will say that is was mighty fun and mighty funny.
The coolest thing about it was it gave Molly Beck a reason to get up and run around the room, even Zac will tell you, it was awesome. Zac and Chris came over after school for a brief amount of time, nothing incredibly cool happened, but ya know. I talked to Jesseca for a while, but she said she was goin to Jessica's house (despite the fact that she's grounded), so I dunno what she did tonight. For hours I sat around and listened to music mindlessly, until Tommy came over. Now let me tell ya a little about this Tommy character. Whenever I moved here from Michigan, I was like 7, one of the first people I met was Tommy. We used to hang out all the time back in the day, he lived 2 blocks away from me. I remember so much stuff we used to do. I recall a couple times where we stole mass amounts of unripe oranges off of people's orange trees, cut and squeezed them into a big kool-aid container, and drank em. Good times. Well eventually he moved to Deltona and then he moved again with his mom to Port Orange, during this time of about 3 years, I didnt see him at all. Then one day, about a year ago, he shows up at my house and we hang out and film some skits. Then I didn't see him again until today, when he came over at about 8:00. He just asked what i've been up to and stuff, he said he skateboards all the time, he also said he's a big fan of Super Mario Sunshine, which is cool. He said he was gonna stop by Sunday so we could hang out, but you never know with Big Tom, for all I know it will be another year before I see him.
A little while ago I felt really shitty, I don't know if I was tired, or depressed or what, but I didn't feel like doing anything so I decided to go for a walk. And go for a walk I did. I walked all around my neighborhood and jogged around the central park trail twice. Then I walked over near Jesseca's house to tip over the port o pody, something I do all the time, but I always go on bike, i've never done it walking. This time I didn't run afterwards either, I usually hop on my bike and ride out. This time though I just walked away calmly, and I wanted someone to come out and say something, I felt like getting in a fight anyways. I was hoping cars would stop or some teenager would start something with me so I could kick somebody's ass.
This attitude reflects the kind of mood I was in perfectly. I walked by Jesseca's house too, but I dont think she was home because hardcore john's silhouette wasn't visible in her bedroom window. Well she could've been sleeping, but it was only 9:30ish, especially weird since it's a Friday night.
I got the sh*t scared out of me on my way home too. A car came up behind me and rode by all fast and then I heard some loud noise so I turned around and I saw some big animal chasing me, it startled me so much that my heart starting beating really hard and fast...you know the feeling. As it turns out it was just a large piece of paper, flying low to the ground, pushed by the wind made by the passing truck.
But it was still pretty cool, because I haven't gotten a good scare like that in a while. Me and Chris are going to the Dashboard Confessional concert at the House of Blues next Thursday. That is gonna be hella awesome because they are one of my favorite bands. Probably my favorite right now. I don't think they're gonna play any of the unreleased songs that I listen to all the time, but their cd rocks, so it should be cool anyways.... Th-tha-tha-tha-thathatha-thats all folks.
But before I go, I wanted to let everyone know that I noticed a grammatical error in the Declaration of Independance. Where it says "all men were created equal" that is wrong. It should be "all men were created equally". Ask an English teacher (actually a professor would be a better person to go to, because sometimes high school teachers can be kind of dense) if you don't believe me, they'll tell you. I thought that was worth mentioning because although it is a great document, it goes to show you that even smart, famous people like Thomas Jefferson make mistakes.
