I'll cut directly to the chase, no bullshitting. Today was an odd day at school, because Zac, Louie, and Chris weren't there(well if they were there, I didn't see them) It's weird that they all didn't go on the same day, but they weren't even in cahootz. You would think that I would have nobody to hang out with, but I was surprised how many people actually were still there at lunch. At Fazolis it was Matt, Mike, Dan, Gabe, Ricky, and I. So I was anything but bored or lonely. Now think about what it's like at Fazolis on a normal day, it's madness. I hung out with Mike for the rest of lunch and we spent the whole time looking for a snack machine because Mike wanted something. When we found one that had what he wanted it gave him something different than he input. It was funny as hell. Then he went up to Mr. Lily and tried to complain about getting some crazy cheese balls because thats not the button he pressed. Mr. Lily is like 180 years old so he didn't understand he was just like "That's what you wanted right? " and Mike's like "yea...." and we walked off. So he just gave the cheese balls to John Kinder. John was like "No I'll pas....Thank you" and took em with a big smile on his face. I'm not sure why that was so funny to me, but I laughed.
In case you don't already know, I say I am going to talk about my day at school, but I only talk about lunch. Halloween is coming up quicker than a nigger in a swimming pool. Of course that's not very quick, since they can't swim, but ya know.. I don't think kids my age should be going trick or treating, and that's exactly why I am going(I encourage everyone to go trick or treating, it's free candy right, so why not?). This year should be the funnest one yet for 2 reasons. One: we're gonna be driving around in Louie's car instead of walking around the whole frickin neighborhood. Two: Me, Chris, and Louie are all dressing up in small, tight ass, children's Power Rangers costumes. Chris is the blue ranger, I'm the red ranger (which is traditionally the leader, yay! ) and Louie is the pink ranger. LoL he's the pink ranger. The funny thing is, these things are so tight that when we put em on you can see the outline of our package hardcore style (in other words we are gonna be blatantly flaunting our dicks in front of everyone). Oh well...and if anyone laughs at us they won't think it's too funny when they get their candy stolen from a trio of big, tight costumed wearin Power Rangers. Especially the pink one. If any adults say anything, we'll run em over. So watch out for us on Halloween, GO GO POWER RANGERS!!!
Ahem, at the moment I am going to talk about a few movies that I watched over the weekend. 7 movies to be exact, 6 that Me, Chris, Louie and Zac rented, and 1 that my sister rented. Yes, we rented 6 movies, pretty crazy huh. That's probably the most movies I've rented all at once, but the deal is 6 movies for 6 days for 6 bucks. Not bad, we couldn't pass it up. We were in the mood to watch some scary movies I guess because 5 out of the 6 were horror flicks. These included: Phantasm, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Ed Gein, Dawn of the Dead, and The Unnamable. The other one we rented was Jackie Brown, you can classify that under whatever genre you want, because I dunno what it is, I would say crime though.
Also, my sister happened to rent the movie 40 Days and 40 Nights, so I watched that too. You are probably thinking "he better not review every single one of those movies, that will take forever". If you are, then you're right that would take forever, but only if I did each one in depth. So I'll be brief... (If you don't care about movies then you can skip this next paragraph) Phantasm : This is one of those crazy 80s horror movies that don't make much sense and don't make any attempt to explain the story and just throw random things at you that you are supposed to think are scary.
But that doesn't mean it's a bad movie, it just adds a layer of mystery to the air when you are watching it. I thought this movie was really funny, and not scary at all. It had some good jokes, and things that weren't supposed to be funny, like when the bad guy talks, cracked me up. Here's my favorite line, "You play a good game boy, but the game is finished, now you die!". At least it had a cliffhanger ending, those are always cool. Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 : This movie was the follow up sequel to one of my favorite horror films, Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Although the first one was based on a true story, this one was just complete bullshit. I think this was a good thing because they were able to go crazy with the story and characters and have things happen that would never happen in real life. The whole movie was action packed, it never slowed down really, which is a very good thing. The outrageous characters and dialogue in this movie were freaking hilarious, some of the scenes had me in tears because they said and did some of the craziest things I've ever witnessed.
I think this was the best of the bunch that we rented and I highly reccomend it to anyone who can take some gore, because if you are anything like me, this movie will crack you up, excite you, and most importantly, entertain you. My favorite line, "Lick my plate, dog dick! " Ed Gein : This was supposed to be a real life story about a serial killer from the 50s that pioneered the term "serial killer".
The same reasons that made it sound cool, were it's downfall. This guy wasn't cool because he was so old he was practically harmless. He only killed two people in the whole movie, and it wasn't even gory compared to the other movies we watched. He was basically obsessed with his mom, and he misinterpreted the bible into killing people, saw his mom when she was dead, ya know, the usual. Nothing great happened in this movie except for this one part. The killer came out of his house dressed up in this womans skin(boobs and all), and danced around outside in a crazy manner, then walked back into his house. It may not sound like it, but it was extremely funny. Dawn of the Dead : This was your basic zombie movie, a shitload of zombies are roaming the earth( Supposedly hell was full or something) and a group of people try to survive the onslaught.
Don't worry, this movie had a plethora of gratuitous violence. Complete with decapitations, shotgun blasts to the face, zombie beatdowns, zombie attacks portraying flesh mutilation while the camera is close up on the action, and even a bunch of pies to the face of zombie put there by an army of bikers. If this doesn't sound cool, I don't know what does. Did I mention that most of the movie takes place in a fully destructable shopping mall.
If any of this sounds good to you, then rent this movie. The Unnamable : This movie's title suits it well, I shouldn't even be naming this movie as I talk about the rest of them. This movie was horrible, it sucked a fat schlong. I don't even want to talk about why it sucked so bad, it would bring up bad memories, I want my hour and a half back!
Well it was pretty funny at the end when they showed the creature, because it was so stupid it was funny. It just made these really crazy/loud hissing noises, and thats all it did, I swear. It was so funny though, me and Zac were laughing during the whole end sequence because of it. Jackie Brown : I wouldn't know about this one, I didn't really watch it. I left about half way through because Jesseca called, I wasn't digging it too much anyways. If you ask me it sucked, but you would be better off asking Chris or Zac about this one, since they actually watched it. They thought it was pretty good I think. So I dunno. 40 Days and 40 Nights : Finally, the last one. My thoughts on it are these. It was poorly written, it sounded like 40 something guys trying to write hip/cool dialogue for todays youth and it came out awful. There wasn't enough nudity, even though there was a little nudity it wasn't very much for a movie based around sex.
The story was good but it was executed wrongly, it could have been so much better, but they screwed it up in their mindless approach. The ending was really bad. I wont spoil anything but I'll tell you it sucks. Just like the old lady in Ed Gein sucks the chrome off of the trailer hitch. Wow, that last paragraph was incredibly boring!!! I didn't mean to make it that way, I am just too tired and too lazy to write with some sort of style and my full skill.
So you get the watered down version. You know what, I was totally gonna write about my weekend right here, but I decided against it. I figure it would not only make this the longest journal ever, but also the most boring ever. It wouldn't be so boring if I felt like sitting here for 6 hours making it cool, but I am not gonna do that, not right now at least. So go fuck a duck. Notice I don't blank out cus words anymore, it's much easier for me that way. So if anyone doesn't like me cussing on here you can sue me.... Jesseca is awesomeeeee!!
