Dreams I had a very weird dream last night. I don't usually remember my dreams, but if I do, they often don't make any sense when I recount them after waking.
I dreamt last night that I went to the movies with my bf. Nothing unusual there. But we had a dog with us (in real life, we only have two cats). Apparently they had special showings in which dogs were allowed, but the one we wanted to see wasn't one of them. No biggie - we sweet-talked out way into the movie, and found that a few other lucky people had done the same. There were a couple of other dogs in the theatre. I told you my dreams were always weird . =) Anyways, the dog was behaving itself for the most part, but my bf started getting bored with the movie.
He started barking. *L* So of course, our dog joined in, and so did the others, much to the dismay of the other movie-goers. I can't remember if we got kicked out, but I'm sure we must have. I must have been rich in this dream, cuz later that same day, I went to the movies again. This time it was with my mum. No dogs this time. None in the theatre either, so it must have been a no-dog showing.
=) Except this time, we sat beside two women who were holding hands. The larger one of the two took an immediate interest in my mum and kept asking her questions and trying to steal her away from me. So we eventually moved a few rows down. I don't remember how it ended. I've given up trying to figure out if my dreams mean anything . The odd time there's been an obvious meaning - like the dream where I was in a car driven by an ex and it kept getting smaller until I fell out - but most of the time, I believe it's just my brain getting rid of garbage.
And since I'm not terribly creative in waking life, I figure that's why they're extra weird. =) I'm very tired this week. I hope I'm not getting sick. My 'sick' dream always freaks me out. It's always the same one - I'm in a huge, blindingly-white room with no real boundaries or walls, and there are hoards of little creatures chasing me from one end to the other. I can never see them, but I'm terrified in the dream and when I wake up.
