Weekend Football Recap Well, some might say it was a mixed weekend for football, but not me. Let's add it up, shall we? -Virginia Tech won big. -The Lions managed to smack Oakland around. -The Redskins lost to their hated rivals, the Cowboys. Those are all plusses. On the minus side (maybe), Michigan beat MSU. That's only a minus if you're my dad, but it's a plus if you're my sister. Since Kate cares less, we'll put it in the minus column. Still, though, with VT and Detroit winning, but the Skins losing (as is God's plan - they're the Yankees of football as far as I'm concerned), I'd say everything worked out nicely.
On the Law Review front, I've managed to squeeze out 10+ pages of paper to turn in, though I am unsure as to the quality of the work. I guess that's what "rough drafts" are for, but the idea of turning in part of paper (the draft must be 10 pages - but not the first 10, or last 10, just 10 pages) makes the hackles on the back of my neck rise. Oh well, it's done now, and I have a little breathing room to work on, well, everything else I should be working on.
