And thus we bid adieu to Hilary this evening. She and her east coast friend Virginia (haha - Virginia from the DC area) are leaving tomorrow on their Cross Country Trek.
I think she will have a great time, and I will probably get a few postcards. :) That leaves Jaime, Cindy, and Lisa as my west coast friends. Obviously there are a few other people I know, and when summer classes start I can reconnect with a few of them, but as far as good friends, that's it. Anyway, enough sad bastard writing. Today I went to the pool while doing my laundry, and figured it'd be alright that I don't have any suntan lotion because hey, it's only like 50 minutes while the laundry goes.
Turns out I'm an idiot, and I'm pretty burned, at least on my chest. But now that I know about the wonders of aloe vera lotion, I'm not too worried. Ouch! This burn isn't even in my Top Five Worst Burns of All Time. Those honors belong to (in no particular order) Virgin Islands, Miami, Miami Redux, Michigan 2001, and Post-Prom Ocean City. Good times!
